Who is POP Fit?

At POP Fit, Representation Matters. Our Leggings Fit Any Height, Any Age & Any Body Type.

We offer fast order processing, flat-rate shipping, and amazing customer service.

 

Do I have to be a POP V.I.P. member to buy from you?

Absolutely not!  POP V.I.P. is our membership club and it provides the best value we offer, but membership is not required and we never automatically enroll anyone.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, and American Express.  We also accept PayPal, and you can pay from your bank account using PayPal. Payment is accepted only in US Dollars.

 

Do you really have every item on your site in stock?

Yes!  Unlike most other online retailers, we run our own warehouse and ship everything directly from our own warehouse.  We are not a reseller!  If a certain color or size is out of stock in our warehouse, our website is updated instantly to reflect that.  

 

PROMOTIONS

 

I saw a special offer a while ago and I can’t find it now.  Where is it?

We run special offers to our email list subscribers and our Social Media followers on a regular basis.  Most of these offers are only good for a few weeks, so be sure to act quickly when you see them.  Make sure to follow us on Instagram to get the most up-to-date promotions.

 

Can I combine my V.I.P. discount with other promotional offers?

You cannot combine your V.I.P. Membership rewards with any other promotional codes. You can either receive the following:

  1. Any promotional offer that we run (excluding new customer specials), or
  2. Your V.I.P. discount of 40% off your order and free shipping

Our system will automatically apply the best offer to your order that will save you the most money. So feel free to try any promo codes that you may have.

 

I participated in a special promotional offer to join POP V.I.P. but I didn’t get the promotional gift.  Why?

You must be a POP V.I.P. Member when your order is processed in order to receive your promotional gift. If you cancel your Membership before your order is processed, your promotional gift will be auto-canceled by our system. This policy is stated in your Cancellation Confirmation email, sent to you immediately after you cancel your membership.

 

BOGO/ Pack Sales

During our Buy One Get One Sales (B1G1, B1G2, B2G2, etc), you are charged for the highest priced item(s) in your cart. For example: If you purchase a legging and a headband in our Buy One Get One Sale you would be charged for the legging and the headband would be free.

Any add on offers for items at a lower price will not be counted as the sale. For example: If you purchase an add on bra for the discounted price of $19.99 it does not count towards the sale.

Pack Sales (5 for $99) you must add items in increments of 5. Any additional items added will count towards an additional pack. For example: If you add 6 items during a pack sale the 6th item will be starting your additional pack so your total in your cart will show 2 packs for $99 each.


BOGO/ Pack Sales Returns

Exchanges are available on all BOGO and Pack Sales. Refunds are also available however please note, no partial refunds are provided. Please contact Customer Support for information on specific return instructions.

 

Clearance / Resale

All Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. You may not use a sale or promotional offer to purchase items for resale.

 

Gift Vouchers

POP Fit gift voucher codes may only be used to pay for physical goods or shipping charges on the POP Fit online store.

Gift vouchers have no expiration date, no maintenance fees, cannot be exchanged for cash, may not be resold, and may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon codes or gift vouchers in a single transaction.

What if I forgot my password?

We are here to help! If you would like to reset your password, please contact our customer support team at support@popfitclothing.com and they will be more than happy to assist you.

 

How do I make a change to my order?

Any request made to change to your order (address change or size change or cancellation requests) within 30 minutes of your order being placed may be made before shipping.

We will try our best to assist you, however, due to our super-fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that all requests made within this time frame will be met.

Any requests made after the 30-minute window will not be met, due to our expedited order processing time.


Our goal is your 100% satisfaction!

If you don’t like your purchase, we will do our best to make things right.

 

Exchanges

Requirements:

  • All tags must be as originally attached and the item must be unworn.
  • The order must be returned to us within 30 days of your order date.

Please email Customer Support for full details and to start your exchange request.

POP V.I.P. members are granted one free pre-paid return shipping label per monthly V.I.P. membership package (this applies only to domestic customers, shipping labels for international customers are not provided at this time).

If your order requires an exchange fee, please note it is nonrefundable. No exceptions.

International exchanges - No return labels are provided for international orders at this time. The cost to ship items back must be covered by the customer. Once the items are received, a link is sent to select replacement items and ship out free of charge. 

PLEASE NOTE; Due to COVID-19, any items returned without tags attached will be disposed of immediately and will not be eligible for a refund due to additional safety and health measures taken at this time.

 

Exchange Protection

Exchange Protection can only be used once for any items in the order it was purchased under. If you use your exchange label to return merchandise for a refund a $6.99 label fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchange protection is nonrefundable and has no cash value.

 

Gift Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item that was gifted to you, the original purchaser must initiate the exchange with Customer Support. 

 

Exchanges on intimate apparel pack.

Should an exception be made to honor an exchange on intimate apparel, all items must be sealed in the original packaging, must be unworn, and have tags attached. Items cannot be removed from the packaging and then resealed. All items returned that do not meet these requirements will be denied and disposed of. 

Refunds

All unused and unworn items, except for accessories, may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days.

No refunds will be provided on orders placed via our New Customer Promotions. All New Customer Promotional sales are final and nonrefundable. S&H charges are nonrefundable.

We are prevented by law from accepting returns on intimate apparel. Please be sure to wear undergarments when trying on your new pieces. If intimate apparel was your free gift on your monthly membership package, you must return the gift unworn with tags attached in order to receive the full refund amount of your monthly membership.

Steps:

  • All tags must be as originally attached.
  • The order must be returned to us within 30 days of your order date.
  • Please include your order number and a brief note in your return package.
  • All items (including intimate apparel) in your monthly package must be returned for a full refund (POP V.I.P. monthly package returns).

For any return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank to mark your funds available.

 

Clearance Items

Clearance Items- All Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

Refunds on packages with free gifts

If your package included a free gift, that gift must be returned as well when requesting a refund.  If you decide to keep the gift, the full retail value of that item will be deducted from your refund. If your free gift is considered intimate apparel, it still must be returned with your monthly package.

 

Damaged/Missing Products 

If you received a damaged product or find a product missing from your order, you have 3 days from the reported delivery date, to report this issue. All tags must be attached to any damaged items. Please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damage.

 

My Return was Denied – What does that mean?

If your return was denied for any of the following reasons your package will not be re-shipped to you. If your return was denied your items will be destroyed due to health concerns.

  • Original tags were not attached.
  • Item(s) appeared to have been worn, damaged, or retagged.
  • Return was received after 30 days from when your order was placed.
  • Return was a New Customer promotion and is not eligible for a refund

PLEASE NOTE; Due to COVID-19, any items returned without tags attached will be disposed of immediately and will not be eligible for a refund due to additional safety and health measures taken at this time.

 

Refunds – Original Method of Payment

If your original method of payment is not available, for any reason, a store credit will be provided. No exceptions are provided.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (3 to 10 business days).

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Refused Packages/ Return to Sender/ Do NOT Mark Your Package as Return to Sender

Domestic Orders

We will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping and handling. If you received free shipping on your order, including monthly membership packages, $11.99 (USD) shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If there are outstanding fees due to the shipping provider for the return, your package will be denied. If your package is rejected it will be sent to Dead Mail and will not be eligible for a refund.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for any refunds if your package is refused, unclaimed and/or your package is marked as Return to Sender.

 

POP Fit Protection Program

If you purchase the POP Fit Protection Plan during checkout, it provides full replacement coverage for 2 years in case your products become ripped or damaged. Replacement is only valid for the exact same product, color and size originally ordered. How do you make a Claim? All you have to do it send a photo of the damage to support@popfitclothing.com and be sure to include your order number.

We'll ship you a brand new pair for free, absolutely no charge to you.

Limit 1 replacement pair per plan. Plan covers one product per order number, cannot be used on future or previous purchases. Must be purchased at time of checkout. Nonrefundable.

 

SHIPPING

How fast is shipping?

We typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. We email you the tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. If you order today and live in the United States, you’ll typically get your package in about 5-7 business days depending where you are.

 

Do you provide shipping tracking numbers?

Yes!  Our system automatically emails you tracking information for your package as soon we put the label on the envelope or box.  The tracking link should show expected delivery information within 24-72 hours.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable (this is the cost we charge to process, fulfill and ship your order).  For any return, we will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping and handling.

If your package was marked undeliverable and was returned to us for any reason, such as you provided an incorrect address during checkout, the same policy applies. If your package is accepted at our fulfillment center we will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping.

Please double check your address carefully before submitting your order! Once your order is submitted we are not able to update your information.

 

Order shows as delivered but I have not received my order

Please double check your address on your Order Confirmation email to be sure your address is 100% accurate. Sometimes packages are scanned before they are actually delivered to you, please be patient.

We also highly recommend checking your mailbox/with your neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong place/ apartment number etc.

If you do not find your package, please contact us 5 business days after your package delivery date.

 

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the package carrier with your tracking number. Please contact us if need to locate your tracking information.

 

Where is my package?

Packages are generally delivered within our estimated delivery times. For domestic orders, that is 5-7 business days while international orders may take from 10-21 business days. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame or you have questions about your tracking please contact support@popfitclothing.com for assistance. Please note, if you wait too long to reach out for assistance we may not be able to fully investigate your delivery issue with the shipping provider.

 

Why wasn't my package forwarded?

All orders are sent to the address that is entered at check out. If your package is unable to be forwarded, you must contact USPS for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to a forwarding in place. You can always update your address by logging into your account at anytime.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We ship to the following countries for no additional charge: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco,Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or Thailand. For other countries, we charge $24.99 USD flat rate for international shipping.  We still promise to ship your order within 24-48 hours, but delivery times will vary based on the country the package is going to and is estimated between 10-21 business days.

 

Why was I charged customs fees?

All international orders are subject to duty and customs fees as dictated by your country’s import laws. As is typical in eCommerce, fees must be paid by the buyer as POP Fit is not responsible for any duties or taxes owed on your package.

 

Combined Shipping

Please note that items & orders are automatically combined to ship whenever possible. S&h may be charged on all individual orders placed. When orders are combined shipped no s&h charges will be waived. To avoid multiple s&h charges please place one order instead of multiple orders.

 

My shipment was returned to POP Fit and was marked undeliverable, sometimes due to an incorrect address (i.e. missing apartment number or wrong zip code entered at checkout). Our shipping provider deemed the package as undeliverable.  How do I get my order?

Once your package is received back to our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package. We will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping and handling. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If there are outstanding fees due to the shipping provider for the return, your package will be denied. If your package is rejected it will be sent to Dead Mail and will not be eligible for a refund.


VIP MEMBERSHIP

POP V.I.P. is our monthly subscription membership and it provides the best value on our site. 

All members receive free U.S. shipping on all orders (and discounted International shipping) and site wide discounts on all purchases, of 40% off your order. Members earn additional discounts and bonuses for their loyalty by remaining a member for more months. Bonuses include free accessories and other items. See the member benefits chart at the bottom of this page.

 

How do I change my POP V.I.P. preferences or change or cancel my membership?

Just click Member Login at the very top right corner of this page or click here to go to the members area. Your Wishlist, account settings, preferences, and membership status options are all available from the members area online. Alternatively, you can contact us and we'll be happy to help.

 

What is the latest I can change or cancel my V.I.P. membership during the month?

You must change or cancel your membership the day before your renewal date to avoid being charged for that month. Cancellation must occur prior to 11:59 pm PST on the day before your renewal date. You can see the renewal date in your My Account section. Any changes or cancellation completed on or after 12:00 am on the date of your renewal will apply to your next month.

 

A membership is not required to buy from us.

Membership in POP V.I.P. is not required to make a purchase from us and we never automatically enroll anyone.  You can only join POP V.I.P. by clicking a button that says Join POP V.I.P. either on the button or in the related header.

All items that are available in POP V.I.P. are also available as a-la-carte purchases on our site.  Of course, if you don’t join POP V.I.P., then you will miss out on the FREE shipping and 40% discount that all Members receive.

 

A membership may be cancelled at any time, with one exception.

From time to time we offer customers the choice to receive a completely free bonus gift in exchange for subscribing.  If you accept a free bonus gift, you must wait until the gift arrives or 7 days after the order was placed (whichever comes first) before you can cancel.  If this waiting period applies to you, it will have been stated in the offer description right above the button you clicked to join.

 

International customers from outside our normal International service area don’t get free shipping on any order and pay a $12.50 USD per order shipping surcharge for club renewal orders.

Unfortunately, it costs us 5-10x as much to ship packages to some countries, so we are unable to extend free shipping to every country.  Members pay our normal s&h price for International Shipping for all a-la-carte orders, and a flat fee of $12.50 USD is added to renewals that ship to a country other than these: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, or United States.

 

Can I choose the items I receive every month from POP V.I.P.?

Yes, you can rank your favorite items on your Wishlist and we will send you an item from your favorites every month, depending on our inventory.

We recommend always having 7 to 10 items on your Wish List each month to guarantee that you receive an item from the list.

If you do not like the item that you receive you can exchange the item. You are granted one free return shipping label and exchange per monthly package.

 

When am I charged for POP V.I.P.?

You are charged every 30 days; you can see the renewal date in your My Account section.

 

Can I pause my V.I.P. membership?

You always have the option to Pause your monthly packages but keep your membership status for $4.99. (USD)  You keep your 40% off discount and your free shipping, but your monthly packages are paused.

The $4.99 is a pause fee enables you to keep your free shipping, member discount and status. The pause fee is nonrefundable. Click here to pause your membership

Please Note: Paypal Customers do not have the option to pause their membership.

 

Can I skip a month?

You can always skip a month as long as it is done prior to 11:59pm PST the day before your renewal date.  You may not consecutively skip months by skipping multiple times before one renewal date. Each month needs to be skipped individually within the timeframe of your last expected renewal date (even if you skipped) and prior to the 11:59pm PST of the day or your next expected renewal that you wish to skip.

Please Note: Paypal Customers do not have the option to skip a month.

 

Retention Benefits

Retention benefits are only available once per membership and are not eligible for exchange. 

 

Can I exchange my monthly package?

Yes, you can exchange your monthly item but your free gifts are not eligible for exchange. All monthly packages include one free exchange label.  Just contact your personal concierge and they will assist you to exchange your monthly item.

 

If I cancel my membership can I keep my status?

No, but you can Pause your membership for $4.99 (USD) per month, which will pause your monthly packages but you will retain your rewards level, site discounts and free shipping. Just click here to pause your membership.

 

Can I return my POP V.I.P. items if they do not fit?

Yes, you can return or exchange your POP V.I.P. items.

 

I participated in a special promotional offer to join POP V.I.P. but I didn’t get the promotional gift. Why?

An additional $12.50 USD per shipment surcharge applies for any reshipment of packages to an address outside of the following area, even if you are a POP V.I.P. member:  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, or United States.
